Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• As Product Development , you will be responsible for:

• Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap and development plans.
• Analyze business needs and help translate them into product and technical requirements.
• Contribute to defining product features and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, HLD, and other product documentation.
• Support the preparation of technical and business proposals for new product initiatives.
• Work with technical teams to evaluate and refine product ideas.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, support, sales, and marketing teams.
• Track product progress and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Basic to good understanding of software development concepts and system architecture.
• Experience or strong interest in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business/System Analysis.
• Ability to prepare product and technical documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telecom, IT, or BSS concepts is a plus.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Responsible, collaborative, and eager to learn.
