Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze performance trends, and generate actionable reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, CRM activities, and operational monitoring.
- Support target setting, bonus calculations, and sales performance evaluation processes.
- Analyze targeting models, incentive structures, and vendor / agent performance.
- Support CRM campaigns, segmentation analysis, and promotional performance tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and business outcomes.
