Job Description

  • Own and manage the lifecycle of products related to top-up, internet packages, voice, SMS, and other related value-added services.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and stakeholder requirements and translate them into user stories and the product backlog.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, Software Development, Operations, and Data Analytics teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and product improvement areas.
  • Design and develop commercial offerings, campaigns, promotions, and new bundles aimed at increasing revenue, acquiring customers, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Define and monitor key product performance indicators KPIs, including revenue, number of subscribers, activation rate, conversion rate, retention rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare business documentation, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure product development is aligned with business objectives.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and UAT.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing products and provide data-driven and business-oriented improvement recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of product strategy and roadmap.
  • Continuously monitor product launch results and provide analytical reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MBA, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or digital product management.
  • Experience in the telecom, ICT, mobile operator, or digital business sectors is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with top-up products, telecom bundles, sales campaigns, and telecom revenue models is considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum concepts.
  • Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog.
  • Ability to analyze business data and extract actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Ability to prepare business documentation and management reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
