Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of digital acquisition campaigns across multiple paid channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, app installs, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through continuous testing, performance analysis, and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Media Buying
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across ad networks such as Yektanet, Tapsell, Google Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPA, CPI, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Execute and scale User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile applications.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels to improve marketing performance.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Develop dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Track customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor attribution data and marketing performance across channels.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for advertising creatives, landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaign assets to maximize acquisition efficiency.
Google Ads & Tracking
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Search Ads campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain tracking frameworks using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Define event tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection across platforms.
  • Support attribution and measurement initiatives through proper event mapping and conversion tracking.
Affiliate Marketing
  • Develop, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing programs.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships and monitor performance against acquisition goals.
  • Evaluate affiliate traffic quality and ROI to ensure sustainable growth.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Acquisition.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience implementing tracking systems, event mapping, and conversion measurement frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting, content creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
