Senior AI Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer.

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems for financial market applications.

This role is focused on practical engineering impact, not only research or academic work. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building scalable AI systems used in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for complex financial and market data problems
• Build production pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Work with machine learning, deep learning, transformer-based models, LLM-based systems, and predictive modeling
• Develop reliable AI systems with strong focus on accuracy, latency, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with data engineers, backend engineers, and research teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code
• Strong experience with the ML ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, and production ML systems
• Strong knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and technical communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with financial markets and interest in the challenges and opportunities of this domain
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning systems for complex decision-making problems
• Knowledge of statistical arbitrage, algorithmic trading, and risk management strategies
• Experience designing low-latency and scalable systems for production financial environments
• Experience with intelligent agents or agentic AI systems
• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LLM optimization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure
• Experience with distributed training or large-scale inference systems

We are looking for someone who can independently take advanced AI systems from idea and experimentation all the way to production deployment and long-term maintenance.
