Job Description:

• As a AI Engineer, you will be responsible for :
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-based AI solutions.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, development tools, and business systems.
• Evaluate, optimize, and deploy open-source and commercial language models.
• Design prompts, agent workflows, and AI-driven automation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute to technical innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms such as LangChain, LangFlow, n8n, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with open-source models such as Qwen, Llama, Mistral, or DeepSeek.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n.
• Knowledge of model evaluation, fine-tuning, and AI observability.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Experience building AI solutions for enterprise environments.
