We are looking for a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Solution Architect and contribute to the design, analysis, and improvement of enterprise systems, particularly within CRM/BOS domains.

Job Description

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for :
• Designing and defining technical solutions aligned with business requirements
• Analyzing system data and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Supporting the architecture and evolution of CRM/BOS systems
• Collaborating with development, operations, and business teams
• Designing and maintaining data structures and data models
• Ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participating in troubleshooting, system optimization, and technical decision‑making
• Providing technical guidance during implementation and system changes

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Strong data analysis skills
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts and Data Modeling
• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript
• Understanding of telecom business concepts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• High level of accountability and adaptability
