The Business Execution Partner is responsible for driving and coordinating the end-to-end execution of blu Business priorities, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives.
This role acts as the operational owner across multiple stakeholders and ensures alignment, execution follow-through, and issue resolution without direct people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate blu Business strategic priorities into actionable execution plans
- Prioritize and coordinate business initiatives across functions
- Ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and KPI expectations
- Monitor and analyze key business KPIs including: Acquisition, Activation, Revenue, Operational Delivery
- Identify performance gaps and propose actionable improvement plans
- Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders
- Manage dependencies and follow up on action items
- Facilitate collaboration and decision-making processes
- Lead regular business review and follow-up meetings
- Prepare progress and KPI tracking reports
- Escalate and resolve operational blockers proactively
- Identify operational bottlenecks and execution risks
- Conduct root-cause analysis
- Recommend practical and scalable solutions
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in: Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Product Operations, Growth
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Strong execution and follow-up capabilities
- Familiarity with business KPI analysis and reporting
