Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, media planning, and performance marketing across our brands. In this role, you will shape how our brands show up across paid, owned, and earned digital channels, ensuring media investments deliver measurable reach, engagement, and conversion.You will develop integrated digital strategies for multiple business units, oversee campaign execution, and translate performance data into clear business insights for marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define digital channel strategy and the role of each platform across the consumer journey.
• Lead media planning and budget allocation across campaigns, channels, and business units.
• Manage media agency partnerships and evaluate recommendations using market and performance data.
• Oversee performance marketing execution and optimize campaigns across digital platforms.
• Own digital performance reporting and translate metrics into business outcomes such as CPA, share of voice, and brand search growth.
• Lead quarterly media performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee digital commerce and marketplace strategy across platforms such as Digikala and Snapp.
• Manage and develop the Digital Marketing team and collaborate closely with relevant business units to ensure strong alignment, effective execution, and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on media planning and buying experience.
• Experience managing both agency-led and in-house media spending.
• Proven ability to manage media budgets and optimize performance metrics.
• FMCG / CPG experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and local platform dashboards (e.g., Aparat, Rubika).
• Experience with DSP or programmatic advertising platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and experience managing small specialist teams.
