
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across our brands. This is a hands-on role focused on real-time performance management across digital and ecommerce platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver efficient and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute paid campaigns across local platforms (Aparat, Rubika, Eitaa, Bale) and ecommerce channels including Digikala and Snapp.
• Manage bids, targeting, placements, and creative rotations with continuous optimization.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and feed insights back into planning.
• Monitor and control campaign budgets to ensure accurate pacing against plan.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS).
• Collaborate with Creative and relevant business teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Stay current on platform updates and new digital opportunities.
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media execution.
• Strong hands-on experience with local Iranian digital platforms, especially Aparat and Rubika.
• Experience managing significant paid budgets with measurable efficiency improvements.
• FMCG or agency experience managing FMCG accounts is preferred.
• Familiarity with Digikala advertising tools, Google Analytics 4, and campaign reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
