Job Description:
As a Project Change Management, you will support the coordination, documentation, and tracking of change requests across projects. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will help ensure changes are properly managed, communicated, and delivered in line with established processes and timelines. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual looking to build a career in project and change management.

  • Support the documentation, tracking, and coordination of project change requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and monitor change progress.
  • Maintain project records, reports, meeting minutes, and change documentation.
  • Follow up on approvals, dependencies, risks, and pending actions.
  • Assist project managers in ensuring timely and compliant change delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management, change management, or business analysis concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Internship, academic, or entry-level experience in project-related environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with software development processes and project documentation.
  • Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and requirement-related documents.
  • Strong interest in project management, product management, business analysis, or change management.
