
We are looking for a Creative & Design Manager to lead the visual direction and design output for SBC’s brands across digital and offline touchpoints. This role oversees the in‑house design function, ensures visual consistency across all brand assets, and manages the production pipeline from concept to final delivery. The position combines hands‑on creative work with team leadership and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creative direction and visual identity of SBC brands, translating brand guidelines into practical design systems for internal teams and external partners.
• Develop campaign creative concepts including visual territories, mood boards, and key visuals based on brand and category briefs.
• Review and approve all design outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage the design production pipeline across business units, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns, social media, POS, and packaging.
• Oversee the development of POS and marketing toolkits in collaboration with Trade Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to produce platform‑specific ad creatives for channels such as Aparat, Rubika, Digikala, and Snapp.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies and suppliers when additional production capacity is required.
• Maintain and organize the brand asset library and ensure version control across all design materials.
• Lead and develop the internal design team, improving workflows, templates, and production systems to increase efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.
• Participate in campaign planning sessions with marketing teams to ensure creative perspectives are integrated early in the planning process.
Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience in design, art direction, or creative production, including experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, social media, and packaging for consumer brands.
• Experience working with FMCG or consumer brands where high production volume and brand consistency are critical.
• Proven experience managing external creative agencies and production partners.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of print production and packaging artwork processes including colour profiles, bleed, and print specifications.
• Working knowledge of motion and video production to effectively direct motion design work.
• Strong communication and briefing skills with the ability to translate brand strategies into clear creative direction.
