
We are looking for a Marketing Excellence Manager to lead marketing process automation, analytics infrastructure, and performance measurement across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of process design, data, and technology, ensuring that marketing activities are measurable, efficient, and clearly linked to business impact. Although positioned within the Digital Growth Hub, the mandate extends across the broader marketing function, partnering closely with the CMO, functional marketing leads, MCI, D&T, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Map and optimize end‑to‑end marketing workflows across Category, Trade, MCI, and DGH teams, identifying inefficiencies and implementing structured, automated solutions.
• Design and deploy automated processes for campaign briefing, approvals, asset routing, budget tracking, reporting, and research workflows.
• Build and maintain the marketing effectiveness framework covering brand equity tracking, campaign ROI, media attribution, and trade activation performance.
• Own the marketing dashboard ecosystem, designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards used by the CMO and functional leads.
• Partner with MCI and Digital teams to integrate survey, retail, digital, and trade data into a unified and actionable view.
• Support attribution modelling, media mix analysis, and structured A/B testing programs to ensure insights translate into planning decisions.
• Identify and pilot AI and automation tools that improve efficiency and insight generation, ensuring responsible and practical adoption.
• Collaborate with D&T and Finance to align data infrastructure and ROI measurement frameworks across the organization.
Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience combining marketing operations, analytics, or marketing technology with hands‑on process improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of building dashboards and measurement systems used by senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end automation projects including process mapping, tool selection, implementation, and adoption.
• FMCG or CPG experience preferred; exposure to consumer insights functions is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI; working knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and preparation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) and API integrations.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and CRM or data warehouse environments.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.
