About the Role
This role will strengthen Snapp Investment’s agility and execution in working with third-party partners by leading commercial negotiations, translating product requirements into partner-ready deliverables, and ensuring fast, reliable end-to-end onboarding and rollout. The Senior Business Development Specialist will act as a cross-functional driver across Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Tech—ensuring partnerships are structured correctly, launched efficiently, and scaled sustainably within a B2C investing platform environment. In parallel, the role supports routine operational and commercial workflows (including SnappPay-related dependencies when applicable mostly the ABL Project) to keep partner performance, service quality, and business outcomes on track.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Snapp Investment’s business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Translate product and business requirements into clear partner-facing deliverables and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and launch execution.
- Manage end-to-end partnership projects, including planning, timeline management, risk mitigation, and go-live readiness.
- Monitor partner performance through KPIs and SLAs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
- Prepare business reports, performance analyses, and stakeholder updates to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Commercial Operations, or related roles.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing external partnerships.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, customer onboarding journeys, and partnership operations.
- Familiarity with fintech, financial services, investment products, or payment ecosystems is preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
