
We are looking for a Procurement Compliance Supervisor to oversee contract governance, policy development, and risk management across the organization’s procurement activities. This role ensures that procurement and commercial operations follow structured governance frameworks, with clear policies, controlled processes, and strong contractual oversight.Reporting to the COE Director, the position plays a key role in strengthening compliance, transparency, and operational discipline while supporting the organization’s risk management and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for procurement contract management, including standardized procedures, approval workflows, and lifecycle oversight.
• Manage the centralized contract repository, ensuring all contracts are properly classified, archived, version‑controlled, and audit‑ready.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle including creation, amendments, renewals, and terminations while monitoring contractual obligations and key risk exposures.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure consistent governance and compliance across business units.
• Identify governance gaps, contractual risks, and process weaknesses, recommending corrective actions and strengthening internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits related to procurement governance, contracts, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with corporate governance standards.
• Lead governance communication and awareness initiatives, including policy rollouts and training on procurement compliance and contract management practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management, procurement governance, legal operations, or compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, governance principles, and contractual risk management.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks within corporate or procurement environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and support governance initiatives across the organization.
