
We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Assistant Manager to strengthen procurement governance through structured master data management, standardized processes, and data quality oversight. This role ensures that procurement data across vendors, materials, and services remains accurate, consistent, and aligned across systems, enabling reliable reporting, efficient ERP operations, and scalable procurement processes. Reporting to the COE Director, the role also supports vendor onboarding governance and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and procurement data standardization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Govern procurement master data across the organization, including vendor, material, service, and reference data.
• Establish standards, policies, and workflows to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and business units.
• Lead data standardization, cleansing, and deduplication initiatives to strengthen long‑term data quality and governance.
• Design and manage the end‑to‑end vendor onboarding process, ensuring appropriate compliance, legal, financial, and risk assessments prior to supplier activation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to maintain strong supplier governance and documentation standards.
• Support Oracle ERP deployment and optimization by ensuring procurement master data is structured, validated, and system‑ready.
• Partner with Digital and IT teams to improve data architecture, system workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor procurement data quality and support reporting and analytics through reliable and standardized master data.
• Contribute to governance initiatives, internal audits, and continuous improvement of procurement processes and data management practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in master data management, procurement operations, or data governance within ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement master data structures including vendor, material, and service data.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and supporting data migration, validation, or system implementation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and process standardization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Digital, and IT.
