Summary:

We are looking for a Storage Infrastructure Administrator to join us in ZAFTA. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in Enterprise SAN Storage, Metro Cluster, Data Protection, Data Migration, Disaster Recovery, and SDS solutions.

Also, experience working in an enterprise environment with multi-vendor data centers is required.

Additionally, strong knowledge of virtual and containerized infrastructure is required.

Responsibilities:

Integrating and automating infrastructure management and monitoring solutions.

Ensuring disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) strategies are in place.

Performing infrastructure performance and capacity monitoring and forecasting.

Optimizing costs and resource allocation.

Managing array and virtual storage.

Managing metro clusters.

Managing SAN switches and fabric network.

Designing, implementing, and maintaining storage disaster recovery plans.

Generating periodic reports and analyses.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and at least 3+ years of experience as a technical team lead.

Strong knowledge of Hitachi and Dell/EMC storage, VPLEX, EMC RecoverPoint, Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.

Strong knowledge of SAN storage, Metro Cluster, Remote Replication, VPLEX, RecoverPoint.

Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, SRM, NSX-T.

Strong knowledge of backup, archive, and recovery.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP.

Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture.

Strong knowledge of HPE, Dell EMC, Hitachi, Cisco hardware.

Strong knowledge of monitoring solutions.

Familiar with OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Familiar with Microsoft platforms and Active Directory.

Familiar with Linux operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
