Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure all Lease contracts with landlords comply with legal regulations and stated requirements.
  • To collaborate with the BTS Property Projects team to promptly resolve raised issues (e.g., property damages, landlord complaints, contract renewals, etc.).
  • To track and follow up on payments to Land Lords with related internal teams to ensure timely payment.
  • To track and coordinate lease renewals, ensuring sites not renewed are assigned for relocation planning at least six months prior to the expiration date.
  • To maintain daily updates of the property application and all sites reports for new and renewed leases to ensure information accuracy.
  • To prepare the required site list for renewal and submit it to the Leased BTS Property Team Leader within the expected time frame.
  • To update the new site list sent from the lease contract team in the payment application and proceed with payment procedure.
  • To track exceptional committee raised issues to avoid any delay in payments or outages.
  • To check and ensure the validity of renewal contract terms and monitor the clauses through related departments such as Legal.
  • To follow up on the renewal contract process with internal renewal resources and related vendors, and track landlord issues with the legal team.
  • To participate in visits to MTNIrancell sites by relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., Municipality, NAJA, Shahr co., etc.) to obtain necessary clearance, in coordination with the Liaison and Network Operation team.
  • To update the MTNIrancell Contract Management application for all renewal sites.
  • To provide correct information (such as contract details, property price, and other necessary input) to the Property Committee for accurate decision-making regarding renewal or termination.
  • To provision of on time and accurate to Property team leader/manager.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
