Summary:

We are looking for a senior IT Infrastructure Designer to join our team at ZAFTA. The ideal candidate will have very good knowledge and experience in Datacenter Design, Data Protection, Data Migration, Metro Cluster, Disaster Recovery, and virtual and containerized infrastructure, as well as experience working in an enterprise environment with multi-vendor data centers.

Additionally, deep knowledge in SDDC concepts such as SDS and SDN is required.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing HLD, LLD, and related documents.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance IT infrastructure

Designing and developing hybrid cloud architecture

Designing and developing continuous data protection plans

Ensuring disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) strategies are in place

Optimizing costs and resource allocation

Preparing technical documents such as RFP, HLD, LLD, LOM, LOP

Researching and recommending emerging IT technologies

Aligning IT infrastructure strategies with business goals

Cooperating with the technical team to identify improvements

Requirements:

Excellent in document generation and modification

Strong knowledge of SAN Storage, SDS, and Metro Cluster

Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, SRM, NSX-T, and VDI

Strong knowledge of RP4VM and Zerto

Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing

Strong knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes

Strong knowledge of AI and Machine Learning platforms

Strong knowledge of Backup, Archive, and Recovery

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP

Strong knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture
