شرح شغل و وظایف

Role Overview

The Franchise Acquisition & Success Manager manages the entire lifecycle of franchise partnerships, from acquisition to onboarding, retention, and performance management. This role focuses on B2B sales, partner activation, and long-term success, similar to Partner Acquisition and Customer Success in global SaaS models. The position also involves leading a small team to scale franchise acquisition and partner success efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Acquisition & Sales

  • Own the acquisition pipeline, from lead generation to contract signing
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to generate and qualify leads
  • Lead franchise sales meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions

Contracting & Internal Alignment

  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance to finalize agreements
  • Ensure all prerequisites are met before onboarding
  • Serve as the primary liaison during the closing phase

Franchise Onboarding & Launch

  • Coordinate with Operations to onboard and activate new franchise partners
  • Ensure operational readiness for a smooth launch

Franchise Success & Retention

  • Lead post-launch partner relationship and issue resolution
  • Drive engagement, retention, and operational stability
  • Monitor performance and address risks before escalation

Performance & Compliance Management

  • Monitor franchise performance against KPIs
  • Drive corrective actions with underperforming partners
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve franchise quality

Team Building & Management

  • Build and scale a high-performing team
  • Set goals, KPIs, and priorities
  • Coach team members on sales and performance management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number and quality of franchises acquired
  • Lead-to-active franchise conversion rate
  • Time to activation (Go-Live)
  • Retention and churn rate
  • Compliance with standards
  • Franchise partner satisfaction
  • Team performance and productivity

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, business development, or franchise operations
  • Strong understanding of operations and commercial functions, with experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of product categories and brand management is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce or Q-Commerce industry
  • Familiarity with franchise contracts and legal requirements
