
Role Overview: Manage the full franchise partner lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding, retention, and performance, while leading a small team to scale growth and success
Responsibilities
Franchise Acquisition & Sales: Own the pipeline from lead to signed contract; lead meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions with Sales suppo
Contracting & Internal Alignment: Coordinate with Legal/Finance to finalize agreements and ensure prerequisites are met through closing
Onboarding & Launch: Partner with Operations to onboard, activate, and ensure a smooth go-live
Franchise Success & Retention: Manage post-launch relationships, resolve issues, drive engagement, and prevent churn
Performance & Compliance Management: Track KPIs, drive corrective actions for underperformance, and improve quality with Operations
Team Building & Management: Hire/scale the team, set goals and KPIs, and coach on sales and performance management
Requirements: 5+ years in vendor management/business development/franchise ops; strong commercial & operational understanding; excellent negotiation/communication and stakeholder management; e-/q-commerce experience; familiarity with franchise contracts/legal needs (brand/category knowledge is a plus)
