Job Description

We are looking for an eCRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation stages.
• Responsible for journey development and execution, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Take end-to-end ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization across all marketing automation channels.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve customer engagement, conversion, retention, and overall lifecycle performance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate campaign performance insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with management to define KPIs, build dashboards and reports, and analyze campaign performance.
• Manage marketing automation processes and initiatives, proactively researching and implementing industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to extract, clean, and analyze customer and campaign data using Python, SQL, and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, especially WebEngage, InTrack, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation methodologies (behavioral, lifecycle, RFM, predictive, etc.) and related best practices.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating campaign and customer data.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong independent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
