SAP HCM Consultant

We are looking for a talented and experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Human Capital Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and HR requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure, customize, and support SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, PT, PY, PD, and RC.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to optimize HR processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• Support testing activities, troubleshoot system issues, and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong experience in the following SAP HCM modules:-
   * OM (Organizational Management)
   * PA (Personnel Administration)
   * PT (Personnel Time Management)
   * PY (Payroll)
   * PD (Personnel Development)
   * RC (Recruitment)
- Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of integration points across SAP HCM modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM projects.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time Management Schemas & Rules.
• Knowledge of ABAP Debugging and Functional Specifications.
• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
