About the Role
We are looking for a professional, analytical, and result-oriented Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to help develop our online sales, generate qualified leads, improve website conversion rates, and strengthen our brand presence across digital channels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing activities with a clear focus on sales growth and measurable performance.

 
Main Objective
The main objective of this role is to increase sales through digital channels.

The successful candidate should be able to use the website, SEO, digital advertising, social media, landing pages, marketing automation, data analytics, and AI tools to directly support:

Sales growth
Qualified lead generation
Website conversion rate improvement
Online revenue growth
Customer acquisition cost reduction
Advertising ROI improvement
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company website with a strong focus on sales conversion
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and sales campaigns
Generate qualified leads and coordinate lead handover to the sales team
Analyze user behavior and improve the customer journey
Manage SEO strategy and grow targeted organic traffic
Create and optimize landing pages for products, services, and campaigns
Manage social media activities with a focus on customer acquisition and sales
Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve efficiency and performance
Analyze advertising performance and measure return on investment
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize results
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, leads, campaigns, traffic, and KPIs
 
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance marketing
Solid understanding of SEO and online advertising
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers
Familiarity with digital campaigns, retargeting, landing pages, and conversion optimization
Ability to manage content with a clear sales and business-growth objective
Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation in digital marketing
Ability to prepare clear management reports and performance analysis
Sales-oriented, result-driven, responsible, and highly organized mindset
 
Performance Evaluation
Performance in this role will be evaluated based on real, measurable business results, not merely the number of posts, stories, articles, or marketing activities completed.
