Junior IT Manager

We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning Junior IT Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their IT career who has a solid foundation in either IT Infrastructure & Networking or Web Development and is eager to expand their knowledge in the other area.

Training and mentorship will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and capable of learning independently.

Key Requirement

Candidates should have a background in one of the following two areas and a strong interest in learning the other.

Option 1: Infrastructure & Networking :
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux systems
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, VPN)
Familiarity with MikroTik routers and network management
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Understanding of server administration and IT security concepts is a plus

Option 2: Web Development :
Experience with WordPress administration and customization
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Python programming
Experience with Django, Ruby, or Ruby on Rails is a plus
Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization is a plus

Responsibilities :
Assist in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure
Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network issues
Support website maintenance and development projects
Monitor and improve system reliability, security, and performance
Document technical procedures and solutions
Learn new technologies and contribute to ongoing projects

Preferred Qualifications :
Degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Internship, freelance, personal, or academic project experience is welcome
Passion for both infrastructure and software technologies
