Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Senior Social Media Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Tara’s social media presence, developing engaging content strategies, fostering meaningful audience interactions, and optimizing performance across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain Tara’s presence across all social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, YouTube, Aparat, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across channels.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities.


Social Media Strategy

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Tara’s social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Identify audience insights, content opportunities, and communication approaches based on data and research.
  • Support brand-building initiatives through strategic social media activities.


Content Planning & Creation

  • Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars.
  • Collaborate with content, design, video, and product teams to create engaging content.
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, reactive content, community engagement, and cultural moments.
  • Ensure content aligns with audience interests and platform best practices.


Community Management

  • Build and nurture an engaged community around Tara’s products, services, and brand mission.
  • Manage audience interactions across social platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to create meaningful conversations and improve audience engagement.
  • Escalate customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary.


Campaign & Influencer Management

  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure campaign objectives are met within agreed timelines and budgets.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance regularly.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and social listening activities.
  • Present monthly performance reports and optimization recommendations.


Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media innovations, and audience behavior changes.
  • Test new content formats and engagement tactics.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data and market trends.


Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Management, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts.
  • Experience in campaign execution and influencer collaborations.


Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Telegram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with social listening platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of content marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
