As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications for our development teams. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business goals through the creation of workflows, process diagrams, and detailed system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
• Design workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation to support solution delivery.
• Ensure system compliance with organizational and industry standards and regulations.
• Must be open to international travel based on project demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in IT or software development.
• Knowledge of business analysis and systems analysis practices.
• Proficient in modeling and analysis tools such as Visual Paradigm.
• Skilled in conducting stakeholder interviews and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiarity with the banking industry or financial services domain is a strong plus.
