AI/ML Engineer

We are expanding our AI team at Azkivam.com to build intelligent systems that address real-world challenges in digital lending and credit assessment. Our mission is to design and scale AI-driven mechanisms that enhance loan decision-making, risk monitoring, and user behavior analysis across our platform. As part of this growth, we are strengthening our AI-powered monitoring and analytics systems for both lending operations and active users.

We are seeking a Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Engineer who can transform complex fintech challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of adaptive and intelligent models, participate in building end-to-end AI pipelines, and help shape the future of our data-driven decision systems.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust ML/AI solutions.
Develop and implement adaptive and generative models for structured and tabular financial data.
Design and implement flow management paradigms, agentic AI systems, and LLM-based architectures.
Build and maintain end-to-end AI systems, from data ingestion and modelling to deployment and monitoring.
Document system architectures, data flows, and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
Drive technical innovation through continuous research and the application of state-of-the-art theories, techniques, and technologies in AI and machine learning.
Skills and Qualifications

Extensive background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with practical experience deploying models in real-world systems.
Experience with tabular and financial data, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
Familiarity with LLMs, generative models, and agent-based AI systems is a strong advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for applying AI to high-impact, real-world challenges.
Knowledge of designing scalable ML pipelines and MLOps workflows, and production-grade systems.
Knowledge of fintech, credit scoring, risk modelling, or lending systems is highly desirable.
