• Stakeholder Management & Negotiation.

• Instructional Design Knowledge: In-depth familiarity with various instructional models, including online, offline, and blended learning strategies.
• Proposal Writing: Ability to draft, pitch, and prepare professional educational proposals.
• LMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various E-learning platforms.
• Educational Project Management.
