AI Patch Reviewer / Software Evaluation Engineer (Mid-Senior)

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to evaluate AI-generated code patches across various repositories and technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code changes, patches, and Git diffs.
• Build, test, and validate repositories after patch application.
• Evaluate code quality, correctness, maintainability, and performance.
• Identify bugs, regressions, and potential risks.
• Compare alternative AI-generated solutions and provide structured evaluations.
• Contribute to software engineering benchmark and evaluation framework improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles and code review practices.
• Proficiency with Git and Linux environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple programming languages (C++, Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, etc.).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated code is a plus.
