Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of app install and digital acquisition campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels. This role is responsible for driving qualified installs, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through continuous testing, performance analysis, and budget optimization.
Key Responsibilities
App Install Campaigns
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize app install campaigns across Yektanet, Cafe Bazaar Ads, Myket Ads, and Google UAC
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation to achieve acquisition targets
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Execute and scale User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile applications
- Identify new growth opportunities and acquisition channels to improve marketing performance
Marketing Automation
- Audit and optimize existing marketing automation workflows across SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Build automated lifecycle journeys for acquisition, activation, and re-engagement using WebEngage or Zebline
- Define segmentation logic and personalization rules to improve message relevance and engagement rates
- Measure automation performance and run A/B tests to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversion outcomes
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Metabase, Firebase / GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console
- Develop dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Track customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor attribution data and marketing performance across channels using Metrix or Adtrace
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for advertising creatives, landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Continuously test and optimize campaign assets to maximize acquisition efficiency
Sales & Promotional Campaigns
- Plan and execute time-sensitive promotional campaigns (flash sales, seasonal events, category pushes) across all owned and paid channels
- Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and post-mortems in collaboration with commercial and content teams
- Ensure consistent messaging and seamless handoff between marketing channels and in-app experience
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with commercial priorities and seller promotions
- Work closely with engineering and product to ensure accurate tracking, correct attribution, and smooth implementation of growth experiments
- Contribute to defining north-star growth metrics and OKRs at team and company level
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Mobile Marketing, or Digital Acquisition
- Proven track record managing significant budgets across Yektanet, Cafe Bazaar Ads, Google UAC, and other mobile acquisition channels
- Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform (WebEngage, Zebline, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Firebase / GA4 and Metabase for reporting and funnel analysis
- Familiarity with app install trackers such as Metrix or Adtrace
- Experience running structured A/B experiments and translating results into product and marketing decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI/reporting tools
- Background in App Store Optimization (ASO) or organic mobile growth is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in cross-functional teams
