Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timelines and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to enable smooth and effective project delivery.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze business performance data, customer insights, and market trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, partnerships, and other strategic programs aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or marketing; experience in technology or digital products is preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Highly motivated, quick to learn, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
