About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid acquisition, campaign strategy, and performance growth across measurable digital channels.
This role is for someone who does more than manage ads. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, test quickly, analyze deeply, and turn performance data into clear growth decisions.
You will work across acquisition, conversion, funnel optimization, audience testing, and performance reporting to help improve growth efficiency and user acquisition quality.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing performance marketing strategies across paid digital channels
- Managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, paid search, retargeting, and other relevant acquisition channels
- Optimizing the acquisition funnel from first touchpoint to conversion
- Testing different messages, audience segments, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures
- Tracking and improving key metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, and funnel performance
- Building campaign structures that support both short-term acquisition and long-term learning
- Working closely with content, product, brand, and data teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Creating clear, actionable performance reports for decision-making
- Identifying new growth opportunities through data, experiments, user behavior, and market signals
- Improving tracking, attribution, and reporting quality across campaigns
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns with real budgets
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, A/B testing, attribution, campaign analytics, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign data and connect numbers with user behavior, messaging, and business goals
- Experience testing audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Strong reporting skills and ability to turn data into clear recommendations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, content, brand, and data teams
- Ownership mindset, structured thinking, and strong execution ability
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital products, marketplaces, B2C platforms, SaaS, or two-sided platforms
- Experience with both demand-side and supply-side acquisition
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with lead quality analysis and lifecycle performance
- Basic understanding of SEO, content performance, or product analytics
