Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and corporate sales channels to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
Own the lifecycle of digital and telecom products, with a focus on creating commercial value for enterprise and organizational customers.
Design and launch enterprise solutions, corporate bundles, value-added services, and commercial offerings aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Development teams to deliver new products, services, and partnership initiatives.
Gather and prioritize business requirements, prepare product documentation, and translate business needs into user stories and product backlog items.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
Develop business cases, pricing models, and commercial proposals to support new initiatives and investment decisions.
Monitor and improve key business and product KPIs, including revenue, customer acquisition, retention, activation, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between product delivery and business goals.
Evaluate the performance of products and partnerships and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
4–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Development, Business Analysis, or B2B commercial roles.
Experience in Telecom, ICT, digital services, or mobile operator environments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B business models, product development lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in developing business cases, commercial offerings, and revenue growth initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to growth and innovation.
