As an international trading company specialized in exporting food products to global markets, we are seeking a self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic professional to join our commercial team as an International Sales & Business Development Specialist to contribute to the execution of our international sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Profiling: Research, identify, and qualify potential B2B buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers) in target international markets.
- Commercial Correspondence: Manage professional communications and business correspondence in English to introduce the company, send commercial offers, and share product catalogs.
- Lead Management & CRM: Consistently follow up with sales leads and precisely manage the sales pipeline using the CRM system.
- Negotiation & Meetings: Arrange and conduct online video meetings and business calls with foreign clients.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor international market trends, analyze competitors, track pricing, and identify new export opportunities.
- Export Documentation: Assist in preparing standard export documentation, issuing Pro-forma Invoices, and coordinating initial logistics.
Requirements (Job Specifications):
- Fluency in English: Professional-level written and verbal communication skills in business English (The most critical requirement).
- CRM Proficiency: Practical familiarity or experience with CRM software to streamline sales processes.
- AI Tool Integration: Tech-savvy with the ability to practically utilize modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in export, international trade, or B2B sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, English Language, or related fields.
- Trade Knowledge: Good understanding of basic international trade terms (Incoterms, payment methods, and general customs procedures).
- Personal Traits: Strong self-management skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within the commercial structure.
Advantages (Nice to Have):
- Proven experience in the food industry, agricultural products, or FMCG sector.
- Familiarity with food import regulations, compliance, and quality standards in developed countries.
- Familiarity with trade intelligence tools such as Trade Map or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
