Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Back-End development team to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Design, review, and optimize software architecture and technical solutions
• Drive technical decision-making and establish development standards and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements
• Manage task prioritization, workload distribution, and team performance
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices-based architectures
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Support team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
• Contribute hands-on to development activities when required

Qualifications & Competencies

• Technical Requirements
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development
• Solid experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles
• Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows
• Knowledge of software development best practices, code review processes, and CI/CD concepts
• Experience leading technical projects and coordinating development teams
