At Keepa, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities, including brand management, campaigns, digital marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role will play a key part in driving business growth and market expansion through the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Define investment priorities across marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
- Identify market growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Campaign Management
- Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage the organization's campaign calendar.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance.
- Optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead the launch of new products and services.
Customer Acquisition Management
- Develop customer acquisition channels for both corporate and merchant segments.
- Increase wallet adoption and conversion rates.
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Improve the volume and quality of generated leads.
Brand & Communications Management
- Strengthen and expand the brand's market position.
- Ensure consistency of the brand's visual and verbal identity.
- Manage public relations initiatives.
- Oversee corporate communications across media channels.
- Increase brand awareness and visibility.
Digital Marketing Management
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing channels.
- Manage online advertising campaigns.
- Lead SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution.
- Analyze channel performance and effectiveness.
- Optimize budget allocation across digital channels.
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze customer and user behavior.
- Evaluate campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Design and maintain management dashboards.
- Drive data-informed decision-making.
- Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Proven experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Strong expertise in marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and resource management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
