About the Role

KPlus Group is looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will play a key part in shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and market analysis.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help drive long-term growth, monitor strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment between business objectives and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

• Support the development and execution of the company's strategic plan
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting
• Evaluate new business, product, and market opportunities
• Prepare business cases and financial analyses for strategic decisions

Performance & Strategy Execution

• Develop and maintain strategic dashboards and KPI reports
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify risks or gaps
• Support leadership with actionable insights and recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations teams
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives
• Support alignment and execution across functions

Executive Reporting

• Prepare strategic presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Consolidate business and market insights into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• MBA is preferred
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Development, Corporate Planning, or Management Consulting
• Experience in construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or FMCG is a plus
