Our international platform brings together top online personal trainers from around the world and helps people find their preferred coach, book a suitable time, and train under the guidance of a specialist from anywhere.

We are currently looking to add a number of qualified Iranian coaches to our online trainer team.

About This Collaboration
This is a fully online position with flexible working hours while earning income in Canadian dollars. Coaches at Happy Trainers usually work with clients from different countries, including the United States, Canada, and other regions. Sessions are held online through video calls.

Income and Payment
The collaboration model at Happy Trainers is based on the number of completed sessions. A coach’s income for each 60-minute online session is usually calculated between CAD 5 and CAD 15, depending on level, experience, and area of expertise.

For example, working with 2 active clients who each train 3 times per week would create around 24 sessions per month; this means the gross monthly income could be approximately CAD 120 to CAD 360. This is only an example, and final income may increase or decrease depending on the number of clients, number of completed sessions, the coach’s available hours, etc.

Details regarding coach levels, coach share, platform fees, and the payment process will be explained clearly before the collaboration begins.

Requirements

• International or equivalent Iranian certification in Personal/Fitness Training, such as ACE, NASM, ISSA, or recognized domestic certificates approved by Iran's sports federations
• English proficiency at an Intermediate+ level for professional communication with the company and non-Persian-speaking clients
• Access to stable internet and the ability to conduct online video sessions
• Flexible availability to work with potential clients in different time zones, especially Canada and the United States

This collaboration does not include immigration sponsorship, a work visa, or relocation to Canada. All evaluation, collaboration, and payment processes are handled fully online and remotely.
