About the Role:
Responsible for leading, executing, and optimizing social media activities to achieve brand and business goals through effective campaign management, performance analysis, data-driven insights, and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all plans. This role requires someone with deep social media expertise, a strong sense of ownership, continuous follow-up, and the ability to turn data into actionable steps and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute social media campaigns end-to-end, from receiving the brief to delivering the final report.
Continuously follow up on projects and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Analyze content and campaign performance on a daily basis and provide data-driven improvement recommendations.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports and identify performance opportunities and risks.
Work closely with Content, Design, Media, CRM, and Product teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Design, monitor, and improve social media KPIs and performance dashboards.
Improve key business and social media metrics through continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization.
Act as a subject matter expert on social media trends, platform changes, and audience behavior.
Take full ownership of tasks and independently drive them to completion without requiring constant follow-up from the manager.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities and campaigns.
Ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and extract actionable insights for decision-making.
Experience in campaign management and effective cross-functional collaboration.
High level of accountability, ownership, and commitment to results and outputs.
Strong attention to detail and continuous follow-up until final outcomes are achieved.
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in preparing performance reports and working with dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Full familiarity with major social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn, and emerging trends in the field.
Ability to work independently and move projects forward with minimal direct supervision.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Strong execution mindset, continuous follow-up, and the ability to independently drive tasks from problem definition to final delivery without requiring constant follow-up from the manager.
