We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join the Marketing team at SnappMarket and help transform data into reliable business insights and decision-making tools. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, commercial, product, and operations teams to develop trusted reporting solutions, design meaningful KPIs, and build scalable dashboards that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business reporting, data quality, and stakeholder management. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex business questions into clear metrics, actionable insights, and accurate reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions.
• Define, document, and standardize KPIs and business metrics across different teams and functions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, operational issues, and business performance drivers.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs through rigorous validation and quality-control processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.
• Build automated reporting workflows and data pipelines using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and work closely with data engineering teams to improve data quality.
• Develop data models and reporting layers that support efficient and consistent analysis.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and executive-level reports to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and data validation techniques.
• Strong experience building dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Power BI and Metabase.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting tasks.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, KPI design, and reporting best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to reporting accuracy and data integrity.
