Research and study on potential customers
Research and study on competitors and their strengths and weaknesses
Provide reports of visits and meetings held with customers to the Export Manager on a regular basis
Continuous communication with the Planning Manager regarding the announcement of received orders and coordination for timely delivery of products
Cooperate with other sales experts to achieve expected results
Cooperate and coordinate with the company's financial unit to collect customer receivables
Cooperate and coordinate with transportation suppliers to send customer products
Attend exhibitions related to products and services and identify customers and prepare reports to management
Identify the training program required for employees
Aware of risks and opportunities related to sales and try to control them
Monitor and measure sales-related processes and take action to improve
Perform other tasks assigned by the Export Manager
