Job Objective:
Lead Scientific Representatives to achieve regional sales targets, ensure quality and compliance, and convert market insights into actionable sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train Scientific Representatives to improve their scientific knowledge, sales skills, and visit effectiveness.
- Provide actionable feedback through Double Visits.
- Plan and allocate sales territories to Scientific Representatives.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales indicators, market trends, and customer feedback to identify and implement improvement actions.
- Hold regular sales meetings to review performance, provide training, and address team challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular visits to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams on target setting, competitor intelligence, and marketing plans.
- Analyze sales data daily and coordinate actions with Scientific Representatives, distributors, and the Brand Team.
- Attend monthly distributor meetings to review pharmacy sales, stock levels, and market insights, and report to the Unit Director.
- Uphold information security standards and promptly report any weaknesses or incidents through designated channels.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and comply with international standards being implemented and developed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Sciences, Paramedical fields, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Management, Chemistry, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
Technical Skills:
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge
- Familiarity with marketing principles and sales strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance indicators
- Ability to design and implement Marketing Plans
- Proficiency in Territory Management
- Excellent command of English
