Job Description

  • Provides technical support and assistance to customers, whether by ticket or on the phone or in person.
  • The primary intention is to ensure a client's satisfaction and ability to properly operate any machinery or technology they may be having trouble with.
  • Respond to IT issues and requests. Resolve calls and tickets as appropriate to ensure smooth operation of systems and services. Install and configure and troubleshoot systems, laptops, and printers.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Service desk or help desk
  • Upper Intermediate level of English in both writing and speaking 
  • knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of network+
  • Experience with ITIL is an advantage
