We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operational performance across our mobility and logistics business. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, scaling growth initiatives, and improving key business KPIs through strong execution, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of operational excellence, identify root causes of performance gaps, and implement scalable solutions that directly impact growth, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
. Own end-to-end operational performance across logistics and mobility verticals
. Ensure daily operations run smoothly with strong KPI accountability
. Monitor operational health and proactively resolve bottlenecks
. Manage fleet/supply efficiency and utilization across services
. Ensure SLA adherence and service quality consistency
. Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
. Translate data insights into actionable operational strategies
. Track and report weekly/monthly operational performance to leadership
. Drive growth initiatives across mobility segments (Van, Bike, etc.)
. Scale daily ride volume and improve supply-demand balance
. Optimize funnel performance (Lead → Boarded → Active Driver)
. Improve activation, retention, and utilization rates of drivers
. Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing operations
. Design and implement scalable operational processes and SOPs
. Identify inefficiencies and eliminate operational waste
. Reduce cycle times across key operational workflows
. Implement lean operational frameworks to improve productivity
. Continuously improve operational workflows based on feedback and data
. Lead structured root cause analysis for operational issues
. Develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
. Convert operational problems into structured improvement initiatives
. Design and run A/B tests to improve operational performance
. Evaluate impact of operational and product changes
. Validate hypotheses through data-driven experimentation
. Continuously improve processes based on test results
. Translate business needs into operational and product requirements
. Align stakeholders on priorities and execution plans
. Ensure smooth implementation of new features and processes
. Improve driver acquisition, onboarding, and activation processes
. Reduce driver blocked time and operational friction
. Optimize driver conversion rate (Lead → Active)
. Enhance driver experience through process improvements
. Support driver training and performance improvement programs
. Establish and centralize QC processes across operations
. Track QC metrics and measure operational impact
. Identify cost leakage and eliminate inefficiencies
. Support financial sustainability of operations
Qualifications
. 3–5+ years of experience in operations,business or logistics
. Proven experience managing large-scale operational KPIs and performance targets
. Hands-on experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments (startup or scale-up preferred)
. Strong ability to work with data-driven decision making
. Experience in performance analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting
. Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex operational problems
. Familiarity with SQL or structured data analysis tools is preferred
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
. Ability to translate business needs into clear operational requirements
. Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority (influence-based execution).
. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
. Strong attention to detail combined with strategic thinking
