In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, evaluating performance, and implementing data-driven decisions to enhance our customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
● Analyze logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive operational efficiency.
● Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
● Develop and implement QC processes to ensure delivery and logistics operations meet the company's quality standards.
● Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., operations, logistics, product, customer support) to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
● Developing and maintaining SOPs for all logistics and delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality.
● Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
● Regularly reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of QC measures and making necessary adjustments.
● Lead operational improvement initiatives and drive execution across cross-functional teams
● Define and monitor key operational metrics related to delivery performance, courier productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
● Design and implement operational experiments and evaluate their effectiveness through data analysis.
● Support strategic decision-making by translating analytical findings into business recommendations.
● Develop and maintain P&L for this business line.
● Support planning activities and drive roadmap execution.
Qualifications
. At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, and business analytics.
. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Python, SQL, and Power BI).
. Project management skills to coordinate and manage QC initiatives and data projects.
. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
. Ability to identify and address quality issues promptly.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Persian and English.
. Bring a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
