Core Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
Campaign Management: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Growth Hacking: Identify, test, and scale new growth levers and opportunities.
Business Development: Drive strategic partnerships, business collaborations, and link exchanges.
Market Expansion: Help elevate brand awareness and expand our market share.
Cross-Functional Initiatives: Own and execute diverse business development projects.
2. AI Systems & Automation Development
AI Architecture: Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and specialized workflows.
Tool Leveraging: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and ecosystems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n, and more).
Workflow Optimization: Transform manual processes into highly efficient, AI-augmented workflows.
Productivity Tooling: Boost overall team output through smart automation and internal tool development.
Innovation Scouting: Proactively identify emerging AI trends and use cases to implement across marketing and BD.
3. Data Analytics & Optimization
Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing campaigns and channel efficiency to maximize ROI.
Data Mining: Extract actionable insights from complex user and customer behavior data.
Strategic Input: Provide data-backed recommendations to influence high-level strategic growth decisions.
4. Dynamic & Cross-Functional Projects
This role is highly fluid and not confined to a single lane. In any given week, you might find yourself diving into email marketing, strategic partnerships, SEO, data analytics, automation, content scaling, or internal tool building. We need someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces new domains, and can learn and problem-solve at rapid speed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Core Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, Growth, or Business Development within fast-paced startups or tech companies.
Digital Marketing Mastery: Strong, comprehensive grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and strategies.
Proven Track Record: Tangible experience running successful campaigns and growth-focused initiatives.
AI Fluency: Deep, practical, and hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools.
Agility: Ability to rapidly pick up, test, and master new technologies and frameworks.
Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
