Job Description

Mission

To analyze, optimize, and translate telecom business needs into effective system and operational solutions by bridging business and technology teams. The role focuses on requirement management, process improvement, business analysis, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance across telecom services .

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirement Management 

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into system requirements, user stories, use cases, business rules, and process workflows
• Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability throughout development, testing, implementation, and change management phases
• Prepare and maintain business analysis artifacts including BRDs, FSDs, process maps, SOPs, and user documentation

Telecom Business Process Analysis

• Analyze telecom business processes across customer lifecycle domains including acquisition, activation, billing, recharge, service provisioning, complaint management, and disconnection
• Support business operations across prepaid, postpaid, broadband, enterprise, roaming, VAS, and digital services
• Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Recommend process enhancements and support automation initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, priorities, challenges, and operational requirements
• Coordinate effectively with IT, operations, finance, sales, marketing, customer service, vendors, and project teams
• Review and validate proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with business expectations
• Facilitate communication and alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders

Data Analysis & Reporting Support

• Analyze telecom operational and business data including subscriber behavior, usage, billing, revenue, complaints, churn, and service performance
• Support dashboard development, KPI definition, reporting requirements, and data validation activities
• Generate insights to support decision-making and business performance improvement

Project & Change Support

• Support project planning, scope definition, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking
• Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and ensure timely delivery of business analysis outputs
• Contribute to successful implementation and adoption of business initiatives and process improvements

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Telecom Operations, BSS/OSS, Digital Transformation, or related functions
• Strong understanding of telecom business processes and service lifecycle management
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and requirement traceability practices
• Experience working with reporting, KPI frameworks, and business data analysis
