We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded App Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize in-app content, support commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commercial and marketing plans based on customer insights, business objectives, and e-commerce priorities to drive revenue growth and improve user experience.
• Own and manage app pages, ensuring products, banners, categories, and promotional content are regularly updated and optimized.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Brand, Design, and Product teams to enhance in-app content and customer journeys.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and product information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze daily and weekly platform performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose new initiatives, features, and projects; follow up with technical teams to ensure execution.
• Continuously monitor merchant performance and recommend actions to improve visibility and sales.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal commercial activities within the app.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GMV, Conversion Rate, CTR, Orders, and Revenue.

Requirements:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial, Campaign Management, Growth, or Digital Marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and customer journey optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Data-driven, solution-oriented, and deadline-focused mindset.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
