About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to support the growth of SnappMarket's B2B business. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, customer behavior, assortment, pricing, and operational metrics, transforming data into actionable insights that drive commercial decisions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, revenue, margin, and customer performance across categories and accounts.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Excel.
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct customer behavior and basket analysis.
- Analyze product assortment, pricing, promotions, and category performance.
- Perform market and competitor analysis through web crawling and external data sources.
- Collaborate with Other teams.
- Develop forecasting models and identify trends affecting business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Data Analyst.
- Previous experience in E-commerce, Online Grocery, Marketplace, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Retail.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and data modeling.
- Experience with web crawling tools (Python, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B commerce or wholesale distribution.
- Experience with Python and Pandas.
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or inventory analytics.
- Understanding of FMCG KPIs and category management.
